Pollak Library subscribes to many journals of interest to Dance students. Most of these journals are kept on the second floor of the north wing of Pollak Library.
To find out if this library owns a journal, search the Library Catalog by journal title. This will tell you if we own the journal, what issues we own , the location and the call number. It is suggested that you also search the Find Journals by Title list.
If you are looking for articles on a particular topic in the field of theater, choose the articles link to learn about the indexes that will lead you to the information you need.
The library owns scholarly journals and some trade journals in the field of theater. There are significant differences between scholarly journals and popular magazines and generally college students will not use magazine articles as a source of research data. Instead our faculty generally expect the students to use articles from the scholarly journals. If you are not sure what type of sources you are to use for your assignment, you will want to talk to the professor.
