Deskbook Encyclopedia of American School Law
This is an encyclopedic compilation of state and federal appellate court decisions that affect education. It provides a brief introductory note on the American judicial system and an updated appendix of recent U.S. Supreme Court cases.

Encyclopedia of Education Law (2008)

Contains background information on a number of statutes and cases pertaining to educational institutions and personnel, as well as entries on other topics
