You need to evaluate all web pages that you use. Since there are few rules
governing what can be displayed, you need to be able to distinguish between web
sites that are acceptable or unacceptable for academic research.
Web Searching and Foreign LanguagesSearch engines that allow searching in a foreign language or are based in another country do not all work the same way or search the same materials. Web sites in other languages may present different information in their "English" pages than the information provided in another language. The keyboard and syntax may make a great difference in how you search and the quality of the results. Check a specific language "web" subject page for more
detailed information on how search engines, websites and alphabetic characters
work in that language.
