Before you begin your research, ask yourself the following questions:

	What is your specific topic?
	What are the key words or phrases for your topic?
	What types of materials are required and how many? Books? Journal articles? Documents? Films?
	Do you need current information? Historical information? Both?
	Which style manual is required for citing your sources?
