LINGUISTICS: A POLLAK LIBRARY RESEARCH GUIDE

This guide is designed to help you conduct linguistics research in the Pollak Library.

As you begin your research, ask yourself the following questions:

	What is your specific topic?
	What are your keywords or phrases?
	What types of materials are needed? Books? Reference materials? Journal or magazine articles? How many?
	Do you need current information? Historical information? both?
	Which style manual is required? MLA, LSA, AAA
