Before beginning your research, ask yourself the following questions:

bulletWhat is your specific topic?

bulletHow can you describe your topic with keywords or phrases?

bulletDo you need current information? Historical information? Both?

bulletWhat types of materials are needed? Books? Reference materials? Journal or magazine articles?

bulletWhich style manual is required for citing your sources?  What information is needed for each citation?  Click here for help on citations.
